Hi there, I would like to send my appreciation for all the work and support Gary gave John Lewis on Friday 23rd March delivering carpets to Libra Carpets from Worcestershire. Gary had to step in for us, last minute, to assist with an escalated complaint. It was not without a challenge for Gary – He was given the incorrect contact details from the carpet company that he collected the delivery from and then had to drive through London traffic at last minute. He then had trouble finding the destination due to lack of information given. Gary was great – keeping me up to date, polite and friendly and definitely demonstrating a ” can do” attitude, delivering the carpets on time which gave me peace of mind over the weekend for our Customer. Many thanks to Gary for all his help and determination to give excellent customer service to John Lewis. Thanking you.
